Safety & Bad Behavior
Recording risks, money scams, and how to report someone who crosses a line.
Read the safety guide →Need help, found a problem, or want your account removed? Here is the honest picture of how support works — and the fastest route for your specific question.
Cam2Girls is the brand and content side of things; the chat service itself runs on an established partner platform. Because of that split, support is handled inside the chat service — through its built-in help and support channels, where the team can actually see your account and conversation context.
The starting point is the contact page inside the service. From there you can reach the people who handle account questions, technical problems, reports, and deletion requests.
We aim to review messages as soon as possible. We would rather under-promise here: response times vary with volume, so if your issue is urgent — for example, someone threatening you in a chat — use the in-chat report function first, since that flags the conversation directly to moderators.
When you write in, a little detail goes a long way: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when. Screenshots help for technical issues. Skip anything sensitive — support will never ask for your password or payment details.
A lot of questions come up often enough that we wrote full pages about them. Check these first — they are usually faster than waiting for a reply:
