Terms of Use, in Plain English
This page is a readable summary of the rules that apply when you use Cam2Girls and its chat service. The binding version is the full terms of service — if anything here seems to conflict with it, the full terms win.
You Must Be 18 or Older
Cam2Girls is an adult service. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher). There are no exceptions and no workarounds.
How You Are Expected to Behave
Some things are simply not allowed, in any conversation:
- Anything illegal, or any content involving minors in any way.
- Harassing, threatening, or degrading the person you are chatting with.
- Recording or sharing another person's image or video without their consent.
- Pretending to be someone you are not, or misrepresenting your age.
- Using the service to scam, solicit money, or advertise.
Break these rules and your access can be ended. The community guidelines cover the details.
What the Service Promises — and What It Doesn't
The service is offered as it is. That means a few honest things: a random match is random, and no particular match, conversation, or outcome is ever guaranteed. Availability is not guaranteed either — services need maintenance, and the internet occasionally has opinions. What you get is a working door to one-on-one conversations; what happens behind it is up to the people in the room.
Your Content Is Your Responsibility
Whatever you say, show, or send in a chat is yours — including the responsibility for it. Other users feel the same way about their side of the conversation. Cam2Girls does not pre-script what people say to each other, and cannot take responsibility for what a stranger chooses to do in a chat.
Accounts and Ending Them
An account is created for you as part of using the chat service, so your conversations and preferences carry over. You can walk away at any time, and the service can suspend or end access for rule violations. Deletion requests go through the support channels inside the service.
These Terms Can Change
Services evolve, and terms evolve with them. When the full terms of service are updated, continuing to use the service means you accept the new version — so it is worth a glance once in a while.
